EXPERIENCED DOGS
Fully trained dogs with proven hunting dog qualities. Experienced on wild birds,load and kennel, answer a whistle, "whoa", steady on point and back or honor another dogs point on sight. Hunt dead birds and retreive to hand.

FULLY TRAINED YOUNG DOGS
Proven pups that show nose, desire and bidibility. Bidibility being the inherent quality to receive and learn from instruction and/or discipline, sound temperament. Whistle trained, whoa broke, steady on point to flush. No wild bird hunting experience.Well trained young dogs ready to hunt.

STARTED DOGS
Started on everything, finished on nothing. Will point but will not necessarily hold point. Started dogs still drag a checkcord. They are being trained and worked on live birds. Being developed and showing desireable Gundog characteristics.

The dogs shown on For Sale page are for sale as Started dogs or as Fully Trained Dogs. You can buy our dogs as is and Started or you can buy the dog Fully Trained.


PUPS
We breed from the best to the best perspective. Utilizing proven gene pools to produce Consistent and High percentage Litters. While color is a second place consideration we do produce some Exceptionally beautiful dogs. We are not a puppy mill and prefer selling a trained dog over a puppy always, but we do offer our German Shorthaired Pointer pups for sale.

LABS FOR SALE
We have some real nice old fashioned retrievers that are bird dog through and through! They don't point and they ain't "pointing dogs".... what they are is good ole Labs!

TRAINING
We provide the same training for customer dogs that we do for our own German Shorthaired Pointers that are sold as trained dogs. Manners, Style and the Overall Picture of a trained Bird Dog being the objective, enjoyable hunting companions. A Gundog should Come when called,Whoa when told, and Hunt for the gun. Hunt for the gun means a dog has reached a place of understanding that it takes the gun to achieve a capture ie.he can't catch a bird without your help.Manners are constructed by repetition, discipline and consistency. Obedience stems from control and control from obedience. Place your dog in an atmosphere of control and it will become obedient. We train Gundogs of all the pointing dog breeds and are more than happy to accept the problem dog. Problem Dogs are those dogs which requre a second chance,wether from mis-handling or inherent, the dog has problems. We Specialize in German Shorthair Pointers.

APPRENTICE PROGRAM
So.....you want to learn to train bird dogs !!!! We offer a three month program that includes on premise lodging, kennel space for your dogs and a start to finish gundog training experience.

SUMMER CAMP
Did you ever make big plans for a great hunt only to find out that before the first day was done your dog was done too? When the dogs quit hunting....the hunting is over. Dogs need to be in good condition to hunt. They don't get in or stay in good condition on their own.They need some type of physically demanding exersize in order to get in good condition. We know how to get a dog in shape.... and ready to hunt!!!
